How to register for a course?

You can register for courses by emailing info@japan.cz

• Please include the following information in your email:
• the student’s full name and surname
• telephone number
• information about membership in the ČJS, or interest in becoming a member

After registration, we will reserve a place for you, but your application is only valid after payment of the course fee.

The course price includes all necessary teaching materials.

Payment can be made in person at the office at Na Můstku 8/380 during opening hours or by bank transfer to account number: 131-1728070217/0100

Please include the following in the message for the recipient:the student’s first and last name,the course abbreviation in the format: First name Last name, abbreviation (e.g.: “Jan Novák, JPN”)

When and where do the courses take place?
The start date and time of the courses, as well as information about the level of knowledge required, can be found in the schedule for each course.
Language courses are held in the classrooms of KIS ČJS at Na Můstku 8/380, Prague 1, on the top floor.
Ink painting and calligraphy courses are held in the Lucerna Palace on the 4th floor in the ikebana classroom.

Cancellation policy and payment terms

If you cancel more than 10 business days before the start of the course, we will refund 100% of the course fee.
If you cancel 10–3 business days before the start of the course, we will refund 70% of the course fee.
If you cancel 3–1 days before the start of the course, we will refund 50% of the course fee.
From the start, during, or after the end (completion) of the course, there is no entitlement to a refund of the course fee, whether you do not attend the course or leave it prematurely for any reason.
The availability of a place in the course for you is only ensured after payment of the course fee; we will tentatively register you before the payment.
